Garfield acts as the corrupt Bakker, who states at the beginning, “God does not want us to be poor,”. The couple begin monetising the nation's Christian beliefs. It's a spectacle of tacky decor, bad makeup and bad faith, though Jessica Chastain succeeds to present Tammy Faye with compassion. Tuesday 14 October, early morning, on Film4
